The research conducted recently concerning the agriculture and rural communities are showing that local, peasant communities are loosing the sense of the communities. It becomes noticeable that local bonds are disintegrated. Community spirit and common experience are becoming a history. The diversifications and disagrarisation of agricultural production is becoming more clear. The differentiation in terms of goals and conditions of agricultural production increases. The meaning of traditional, informal bonds uniting the local society is constantly diminishing. The network of suplocal bonds, relaying on common interest and common economic goals of more formal character, are growing and getting more intense.
