Organizations are looking for new models that could help them find new alternatives in these turbulent times. In article, the authoress would like to propose a theoretical model of a 'mobile organization' (MO) which might be helpful in this situation. Generally speaking, a MO has competences that enable it to maintain or regain the growth stage of its lifecycle. Simply put, such an organization can be described as 'young' and 'open'. To define the potential of organisational youth (POY) of companies and their managers a set of indicators was developed, measuring the youth of the organisation, the youth of its managers and the potential of managers to make change.
