The first part of the paper was published in Vol. 23. No. 4. (2005) of this periodical. In the second part the author continues to analyse a database, which is collected by Training Centre of the National Institute for Family and Social Policy. The author points out that in Hungarian care provision there are more care workers with social qualifications than before, but their number is not enough as yet, because a lot of social workers are without social certification. To get a social qualification is not a simple thing if the persons are on the job, it would take many years on the average. Most of the social institutions are without computers and internet, which would cause significant difficulties in development later on.
