The establishment of lasting relationships with customers has a remarkable influence on the creation of competitive advantage. With growing customers' demand, enterprises attempt to engage their customers to collaborate in designing the service offer. The authoress describes one of forms of such co-operation introduced by an mBank, which set up the Customers Council in 2001.
