The purpose of this article is to present the typology of organizational cultures in terms of the attitude of people to professional success. Two criteria were used in building the typology: the position of a sense of control and the relationship to professional rule. Four types of organizational culture were identified on this basis. They differ in terms of level of aspiration of people and their relationship to praxeological, moral, and customary professional rules.
