The article concentrates on co-operatives' collective bodies decision that are the basic tool in democratic management executed by the co-operative members. The author discusses the ability to challenge such decisions within the inner co-operative procedure or in front of the court. He analyses also whether the decisions are bounding for the law addressees: both the original ones (especially co-operative members) and secondary ones (the law imposing bodies, especially courts deciding in cases between co-operative and its member).
