Esej reaguje na aktuální debatu o tom, zda lze rozhodnutí polského Ústavního tribunálu považovat za oznámení o vystoupení dle čl. 50 Smlouvy o Evropské unii. Tuto otázku důkladněji rozebírá tak, že nejprve objasňuje výklad předmětného článku a následně předestřená východiska aplikuje na polský případ.

The essay reacts to the current debate on whether the decision of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal can be considered a notice of withdrawal under Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union. The essay addresses this issue in more detail by first clarifying the interpretation of the Article in question and then applying these general findings to the Polish case.
