The aim of the article is to identify the potential (resource-allocation) competitiveness of Polish agriculture in the conditions of integration with EU by means of the evaluation of the resources and allocation of production factors as well as the relations between them, and to indicate changes in the structure of agricultural farms in Poland and in the scale of production conducted by these farms. The results of the made analyses show that although in the conditions created by accession to EU Poland's agriculture has achieved an essential production-economic progress it still is characterised by low productivity, which proves that its agrarian and production structure is faulty and that further changes are needed to improve it.
