The authors of the article consider the main problems of artificial intellect systems creation, especially inability to display, synthesize the adequate model of spiritual, mental and emotional aspects that are inherent to natural intelligence. They prove that humankind does not know yet whether available, for instance expert and other related systems can be deemed to be evidences of artificial intellect and it can be created at all.
