The goal of this paper is the presentation of management models' characteristics: American, Asiatic (Japanese and Chinese), European, and global. In the first chapter the authoress considers cultural differences and their impact on international management. Next part depicts attributes of American, Asiatic, and European management. In description of European model of management the authoress points out that cultural differences between European countries make it difficult to construct consistent concept of management. Third part shows the global model and evolution of international management to transnational model of management.
