A new method of graphic presentation of competence profiles is discussed in the article. Competence profiles are defined as a field of a geometric figure, not as a contour of the figure (like in the G. Filipowicz's concept). The new method enables mapping a desirable (minimum and optimum) level of required competences for all posts in an organization. Moreover the method allows to map a real level of required competences for a worker or a candidate.
