The article discusses an issue of improvement of organisational learning ability. The authoress assumes that the measurement of learning capability could be based on an 'open corporate culture' factor. Evaluation of learning ability in such a process could provide a basis for the discussion on the improvement of this ability. The authoress acknowledges that 'open corporate culture' and 'organisation continuity' constitute most important factors influencing organisational learning capability. The first one has an effect on all elements of learning capability model, while the second one influences the factor 'open corporate culture'.
