Since the entry enables entrepreneurs to take up business activity, and a person taking up and running such activity has a status of an entrepreneur, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Free Business Activity, therefore it would be proper to treat the entry in the Register as a constitutive act; after making such entry a physical person would become an entrepreneur. The particulars covered by the entry cannot be removed from the Register. They are only subject to updating, the particular form of which is striking off. Striking off an entry prevents an entrepreneur from carrying on business activity, however the information about the entrepreneur remains in the Register.
