Organisation of labour units, as well as selection of people, was similar in Slovak republic in the period of 1945 - 1948. People in commissions - functionaries of local offices and HSLS together with police officers - mainly aimed on selection of gypsies and personally uncomfortable people. Men in units, e. g. work avoiding, so called asocials or black-marketers, were employed in building railroad in eastern Slovakia, Orava barrage, regional roads, etc. Almost every object suffered from poor conditions, absence of food and clothes, high labour requirements which decreased working efficiency of people. Units were economically disadvantageous and corrective labour wasn't effective. The last unit in Ustie nad Oravou was extinct in 1944 and labour camps were renewed in 1945. Internment objects for Jews were established for working duty, such as labour centres or camps in 1941 - 1944 and deportations in 1942 (concentration and dislocation camps). Custodial camps were also formed for a couple of reasons. The object for politically unreliable people existed from 1939 to 1945In Ilava The camp in Dubnica nad Vahom, established in 1944 for gypsy families and their deportations had different character.
