This paper focuses on different perspectives on the position of women in society in interwar Czechoslovakia and women´s emancipation and activism in the political sphere. In this case, the starting point is the perspective of the magazines Proletárka and Katolícka Jednota. Main goal is to examine the differences, and perhaps find some similarities between these two movements, that had a significant impact on women´s politicization in the 1920s.
