Artykuł koncentruje się wokół użycia nowych mediów do celów edukacyjnych i dydaktycznych. Część teoretyczna określa miejsce nowych mediów w ponowoczesnym kontekście edukacyjnym. W części badawczej, na przykładzie Fanpage’a Studium Języków Obcych, ukazane są możliwe cele wykorzystania tego narzędzia w edukacji. Pokazane są także przykładowe wpisy umieszczone w serwisie Facebook.

An article focuses on the use of new media for the educational and didactic purposes. The theoretical part determines the place of new media in the postmodern educational context. In the empirical part, the possible goals of using the tool in education are shown on the example of the Fanpage of Foreign Language Department. The possible entries posted on Facebook are also presented.
