The article describes the Author’s considerations on Law & Economics (L&E) approach’s future and theoretical assumptions of this science movement. In the conclusions Author states, that L&E has strong chance to partly change the traditional research approach exists among the lawyers, but there is no chance for the same effect to the economy. Author’s proposal is to drive traditional L&E paradigm into direct of institutional economy’s approach and focus L&E researches on the problem of character of relations between formal and informal institutions.
