The periodical Východní Morava presents professional studies focussing upon historical investigations of the East-Moravian Region. Its subtitle “History – People – Landscape” intends to express the openness for diversified methods of exploring the past. In addition to the classical papers specialized in history that deal with the interpretation of written sources, the periodical serves also as a platform for certain research results of related disciplines, such a monumental care, archaeology, history of art or ethnology.
