The article relates to the currency options, its structure, legal framework and legal effect of this institution, it also discusses the current, ie, delivered at the creation of the article, the judicial decision of the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal and the Regional Administrative Courts in this regard. The Author tries to present a coherent definition of currency options and the legal framework of this institution, based on a comparison of mentioned judicial decision.
