Obserwacja współczesnych kierunków badań w naukach o zarządzaniu wskazuje na to, że coraz większą uwagę poświęca się czynnikom wpływającym na pracownika w organizacji, zwłaszcza na jego zachowania. Popularne stają się analizy typu multi-level i cross-level, wskazujące na wpływ zmiennych badanych na poziomie indywidualnym, m.in. dotyczących postrzegania pracownika, na zmienne na poziomie organizacyjnym, takie jak efektywność organizacji. Badania potwierdzają istotną rolę postrzegania organizacji przez pracownika w procesie kształtowania się jego zachowań. Celami niniejszego artykułu jest po pierwsze, wskazanie na znaczenie wpływu postrzegania organizacji przez pracownika m.in. na jego zachowania, na przykładzie postrzeganego wsparcia organizacji, po drugie, przedstawienie nowych pojęć związanych z postrzeganiem pracownika występujących w różnych obszarach zarządzania. W artykule opisany jest również kontekst teoretyczny tłumaczący mechanizm wpływu postrzegania organizacji przez pracownika na jego zachowania.

The analysis of modern trends in management studies shows that much attention is paid to the factors which influence employees and employee’s behavior. Multilevel and cross-level analysis are more and more popular because it helps capture how variables on individual level like employee’s perception influence this on organizational level for instance organizational performance and the other way around. The extant research has shown that the employee’s perception of organization is the major driver of employee behavior, motivation and performance. The aims of the article are first of all to describe the meaning of the employee’s perception of organization for their behavior, second goal is to present new in management terms associated with employee’s perception. There is also introduced a theoretical context.
