W artykule został poruszony problem identyfikacji wartości dodanej w przepływach handlu międzynarodowego przy pomocy tabel międzynarodowych „Input- Output Tables”. Przeprowadzono przegląd metodologii, które w ostatnich latach pozwoliły naukowcom opracować sposoby rozkładu przepływów handlowych na składniki pierwsze, na podstawie pochodzenia i przeznaczenia wartości dodanej, oraz dokonać kompleksowej analizy zjawiska globalnych łańcuchów produkcyjnych. Wykorzystano dwie statystyczne bazy danych zawarte w tabelach „Input-Output Tables” w międzynarodowym formacie, przyjaznym dla interpretacji wskaźników w Polsce, w celu przestawienia pozycji kraju w międzynarodowych łańcuchach wartości w latach 2000-2009. W artykule opisany został dodatkowy zakres możliwości analitycznych instrumentów tabel międzynarodowych „Input-Output Tables” i perspektywy ich wykorzystania w praktyce podejmowania decyzji.

The article presented the problem of identification of value added in international trade flows using the apparatus of the system of national accounts, including the international table, “Input-Output Tables” is described. Overview of the methodology of foreign scientists in recent years that allow suggesting how decomposed on components of trade flows by origin and destination value added as well as analyzing the phenomenon of global production chains. Two bases of statistical data tables “Input-Output Tables” in international format for the calculation and interpretation of the relevant indicators for separate countries. This gave the opportunity to illustrate their position in the international supply chain of creation value added.
