The article deals with the prosecution of disinformation in the Slovak Republic. It evaluates previous legislative initiatives in this area in order to identify possible solutions to the problematic aspects of the criminalisation of disinformation. The paper also discusses the constitutional limitations in the context of prosecution of disinformation and restrictions on freedom of expression.
