The article describes problematic aspects of motivating employees. This is an extremely important issue because workers accumulate knowledge of the organization, which today is a source of sustained competitive advantage of the company. Today this advantage can not be built based on tangible assets, because they are easy to imitate and can be substituted. For this reason, it is very important to understand the mechanisms of motivating employees.
