The paper discusses specific features of using e-content model of elementary general education. The model is part of informational and educational environment of the second generation of Federal State Educational Standards. In the present article it is considered as a means of forming the projective competence in primary school future teachers education. The opportunities of e-content model use in the process of teachers’ lesson planning are viewed. Students’ tasks on the basis of the program “School – 2100” are presented.
