Abstracts
This article focuses on the C2C e-business area. It proves that the C2C channel is not limited solely to electronic auctions but has another large part – classified ads. It is also noted that auctions used by companies to sell their commodities does no longer comply to the definition of C2C channel as one of the parties present in the transaction in a business. Detailed insight into the types of auctions is offered followed by possible future scenarios of the development of the intermediary C2C portals.
