The grounds for challenging (reversing or changing) final administrative decisions comprise both aggravated (particularly serious) legal defects and reasons of expediency. Unlike remedies enabling verification of final decisions for legal reasons, remedies that enable challenging final decisions for reasons of expediency can be applied not only to defective decisions but also to entirely correct decisions. The present article discusses two such remedies. The condition for applying them is public interest or private interest (i.e. of a private party).
