Abstracts
The author shares his thoughts on what he believes is a new kind of university is emerging in our time. It will have elements of a traditional brick and mortar university and elements of the digitally sophisticated online for-profits. In the article the author explains the concepts "for-profit" and "non-profit" forms of education and compares them of the basis of his own experience form his career in education. The article offers some ideas on what both non-profit and for-profit education can teach other.
