W drugiej połowie 2009 r. podjęto w Instytucie Rozwoju Miast realizację dwóch - dofinansowywanych przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju - projektów rozwojowych, zatytułowanych: - Monitoring polskiego rynku nieruchomości za lata 2008 - 2010 (numer projektu: N R11 0006 05; Kierownik projektu: L Kałkowski) oraz - Internetowa baza danych o gruntach dla budownictwa mieszkaniowego w Polsce {Numer projektu: N R11 0006 06; Kierownik projektu: M. W. Wierzchowski). Instytut Rozwoju Miast uznał za możliwe oddanie do dyspozycji zainteresowanych użytkowników specjalnych - komplementarnych - serwisów internatowych poświęconych problematyce: - rynku nieruchomości oraz - gospodarki gruntami w miastach. W wyniku realizacji pierwszego projektu opublikowano w witrynie internetowej, pod adresem: http://www,mprn.pl/ nieruchomości serwis zatytułowany "Baza nieruchomości", składający się z dwóch podstawowych bloków: - Akty notarialne. - Obroty i ceny nieruchomości. W ramach drugiego projektu przedstawiono dane i informacje zawarte w prowadzonej przez starostów ewidencji gruntów i budynków. Dane te poddano prezentacji - pod adresem nttp://www.:inprn.pl "Baza gruntów" - w: - układzie przestrzennym: całego kraju, 16 województw oraz poszczególnych powiatów; - układzie grup rodzajowych form własności gruntów; - układzie sposobów użytkowania gruntów.

In the second half of 2009 at the Institute of Urban Development was undertaken the implementation of two development projects, funded by the National Center for Research and Development, which respective titles were: 1) Monitoring of Polish real estate market for the years 2008-2010 (project number: 0006 05 R11 N; Project Leader: L. K ałkowski) and 2) Online database of land for housing in Poland (Project number: N 0006 R11 06; Project Leader: M.W. Wierzchowski). The Institute of Urban Development found it possible and advisable to make available a special web site for interested users, dedicated to: · real estate market and · land management in urban areas. As a result of the first project, at the website: http://www.mprn.pl/nieruchomosci – was published a service entitled „Database properties”, consisting of two main blocks: I. Notary Acts. II. Property turnover and price. The second project provides data and information gathered in the filing sytem of land and buildings kept by district mayors (starosta). These data were made available at the website http://www.mprn.pl under the title „Land database”- in: · spatial layout: the whole country, 16 voivodships and respective districts; · groups of generic forms of land type of ownership; · land-use system.
