The article discusses the rules for the application of selected tools of financial controlling, and comparison of their impact in relation to accounting and financial management of enterprises. In this aspect the Author considered tools important in implementing the controlling concept DROGA (from Polish: revenue - development - growth - thriftiness - activity).
