Abstracts
The evolution of development studies seems to lead to the metaeconomic approach. The aim of development policy from this point of view is the development order of transformation, integration and globalisation processes. It means the necessity to replace the traditional macroeconomic growth policy by a new metaeconomic one, integrating civilisational, social, regional, institutional and economic aspects of development.
