Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zależności pomiędzy praktykami, tworzącymi wzorzec organizacyjny, niepewnością dotyczącą zadań, zaangażowaniem pracowników i innowacyjnymi zachowaniami w miejscu pracy. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań literatury zbudowano model teoretyczny, przedstawiający przedmiotowe relacje.
