The article informs about a seminar held on 28th April 2010 in Bratislava which was organised by Department of Slovak National Corpus of L'udovít Štúr Institute of Linguistics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. The seminar was focused on problems of development of terminology, possibilities of its unification and influences of other languages on the Slovak terminology.
