Nagrinėjami baziniai kultūrinės miesto funkcijos modeliai, kurių formavimosi pagrindas - kultūrinis potencialas. Aiškinamasi, kaip šie modeliai tampa akumuliaciniu kultūrinės funkcijos šaltiniu. Išskiriamos trys bazinių modelių grupės: anklavai, institucijos, habitatai. Remiantis istorinėmis pasaulio šalių kultūros planavimo paradigmomis siūloma šešių taikomųjų modelių strategija. Iškeliama miesto kultūrinio karkaso prielaida, pateikiami jo erdvinės ir kompozicinės sandaros principų metmenys. Analizė remiasikultūrinės miesto funkcijoskoncepcija, urbanistinėje struktūroje apibrėžta kaipvietų, objektų ir reiškinių kompleksuir pasireiškiančiumiesto galių reproduktyvumu.

The paper discuss the basic models of city's cultural function (CF) formed on the basis of cultural potential. It is analysed how they become an accumulative source of CF. According to the CF concept, which defines the term as the complex of places, objects and phenomena that expose in an urban structure as the reproduction of city's power, three basic model groups are educed: enclaves, institutions (cultural centers) and habitats (environments). The author proposes applied model strategy based on combination of historic world paradigms of cultural planning. The premise of urban-cultural framework is brought forward, and the outlines of its spatial and composite arrangement are presented.
