The author is mentioning some remarks about teaching of art history at secondary high schools and elementary schools. There is a question whether the results of contemporary history research and research in the theory of art history are, or are not, reflected in the field of education of art history at schools. To take a stand on present interpretation of art history the author focused on the theory of history at first. Historians are talking about the end of great storytelling, art historians about the end of art history. The text highlights the importance of integration of the education of art history into elementary schools.
