The starting point for our discussion is the present value (PV) is defined as a positive L-R fuzzy number. In this paper the information described by the sodetermined PV is supplemented with a subjective forecast of the sense of the trend of the market price. This forecast is implemented in the proposed model of PV, as the orientation of fuzzy numbers. In this way, PV is presented as ordered fuzzy number. So specified PV is used to determine the return rate. With the obvious assumption that the future value is a random variable, determined return rate is described as ordered random variable. At the end the expected return rate is determined.
