In many societies, family plays crucial role in socialization of individual, being simultaneously the reference group with that individual most identifies. Civilization development of societies, economical and political problems impact of family transformation. Its diversity can faster or slow down transformation of family, what confirms thesis, that family constitute social autonomy and also some kind of social miniature. In that environment so essential for human being emerges disturbances. The genesis of family pathology can be found out in developmental disorders of its members (children, parents, grandparents) and in the whole family system with its predominant subsystem. If in the family will be fixed rigid models of interaction and the family will reveal little of flexibility in the relation to transforming of live context, so it can become the pathology family and this can entail appearance of disturbances in the functioning of the whole family system and its individual members – spouses, children. Appearance of pathology in the family does not have to determine of its breakdown. Significant role of strategy pathologisation play illnesses, addictions, disordered behaviours. Location of pathology in the structure of family become its constituent playing additional functions for instance: copying with stress, escape from problems. Pathology as a mechanism controlling the family, blocks development of its individual members, does not permit to achieve by them consecutive phases of developmental cycle. Not every family can realise of its educational functions in order to shape certain ideal man, responsible for the present and the future. It is necessary to pay attention for the family system from the perspective of children, furthest exposed for its disfunctionality. The aim of hereby elaboration was the analysis of negative disintegration process of present family, crime growth, alcoholism, drug addiction, sexual deviations, their frequency of occurrence, mass, epidemiological and permanent character.
