A hoard of two hammer axes with disc butts disturbed by ploughing was found using a metal detector in the Džbánov u Litomyšle cadastral area in 2023. The find represents unusual evidence of hoarding behaviour at the end of the Middle Bronze Age; moreover, it was deposited at the foothills of the Orlické Mountains, outside the populated territory.
