Синтаксические процессы в структуре сложного предложения (II)
Syntactic Processes in the Complex Sentence Structure (II)
Languages of publication
Some syntactic derivation processes are considered in the separate chapters: contamination (integration), transposition and simplification (merging). These processes are that the formal-grammatical structure of sentence is deformed, i.e. the syntactic (surface) relationships manifest simultaneously the semantic structure and the communicative structure of sentences, although the order of semantic and communicative relations is different. The author shows differences of the Russian and Polish languages in the field of syntactic derivation processes, in particular, he argues that in Russian the restrictions of the moving boundary between the main part and dependent part of the composite sentence are greater, so the resource of Russian compound conjunctions is more modest than in Polish.
