The author aims to outline Andrej Siracký’s views on key social and political events of the 1950s and 1960s through the analysis of archival sources as well as Andrej Siracký’s work presented in book publications and in period journals. The paper focuses primarily on A. Siracký’s stance on the so-called bourgeois nationalists. Yet, it also explores the critique of Andrej Sirácky’s line of thought, which mostly emphasizes ideological and political changes in his thinking.
