The present work raises the immediate need to correct the current tasks set in Poland before the public institution agriculture advisory, and is - to first of all by supporting the development of the personality of the farmers concerned, it could have a significant impact on improving the quality of their lives. Propose some solutions in this area is precede by a short analysis of the relevant provisions of the act “on agricultural advisory units” and their impact on the WODR. Then he propose, about: – rapid amendment to the act “on agricultural advisory units”, primarily in relation to the tasks posed in those units and subordinate WODR, – The establishment of appropriate regulatory law to link the regional advisory centers with R & D sector, – ensuring voivodeship agricultural advisory centers such the level of budgetary grants to statutory tasks in order to have been implemented by the highest possible level, – restore an appropriate level of profession agricultural adviser, – improvement of the law instruments that make clutter in the area public advisory institutions and accredited private entities operating in the CAP fiel.
