Abstracts
Implementation in Poland of the three-degree system of studies (bachelor, master, doctorate), in accordance with the Bologna Process adopted in Europe, has made it necessary to define the skills to be acquired by the graduates of each of the degree programs in accounting.The article contributes to the discussion about the profile of the Finance and Accounting bachelor and master program graduate. The author presents proposals for the learning process in accounting specialization on the bachelor and master degree studies in conformity with the International Education Standards and certi-fication requirements proposed by the Polish professional organization of account-ants (SKwP).
