About work (un)security in social assistance

On the one hand, social work is an exceptional profession, because people performing it try to help people who are involved in various difficult situations. On the other hand, it is a high-risk job, because employees are exposed to lots of risks. The purpose of this article is to present potential threats in the work of social workers and to propose solutions that would increase their security.
