In the article entitled “Business tourists’ expectations towards the offer of Warsaw hotels” an emphasis has been put on the significance of business tourism for economic development of the country under condition of a constantly transforming social reality. At the same time, it has been indicated that the clients using such type of services are clients with specified, often very high expectations, which allows assuming that identification of their expectations and needs becomes one of the most crucial factors of business tourism development. The presented article describes the results of the research on the business tourists’ expectations towards the offer of Warsaw hotels. It was assumed that accommodation facilities and the scope of the services connected with them meet the clients’ needs and, therefore, are crucial for obtaining high level of satisfaction from business trips. The aim of the research was to specify which aspects of the offered services have the strongest influence on the general assessment of Warsaw hotels as well as to indicate which scope of the hotel offer should be adjusted in order to improve the level of the clients’ satisfaction and, in the future, to lead to the increase of the number of business tourists visiting the hotels.
