The role of the consumer service in hotel’ gastronomy on example of questionnaire researches conducted in 5* category hotel was investigated in the work. It was affirmed that the correctness of consumer service in hotel gastronomy department played the significant role in getting guest’s satisfaction of their stay in the hotel. In opinion of respondents the personal culture, professionalism of staff and speed of service are the most significant factors in consumer service. It is important to research consumers opinion to achieve the best quality of services.
