This article is presented to the impact that can have gambling on family life of a person suffering from this disorder. The basic research problem is to determine whether gambling may be the cause of the divorce and later in response to a question whether gambling can cause disintegration of conjugal party. Discussion of this issue requires a determination of what is gambling addiction which affects the breakdown of ties between spouses through the prism of their mutual responsibilities, and answers to fundamental questions about the divorce of a spouse guilty because of that.
