In the article the analysis of essence of notion “danger” is made. It is proved, that a “danger” is a subjective notion. The corrected new formulation of determination of danger is resulted. Notion “safety” is formulated on the basis of notion “danger”, and also on a new determination on the basis of the desired state of object. The analysis was made of used in Ukraine term technical safety and a new its determination is done.
