Constitution of the Republic guarantees every citizen freedom and the free hand in peaceful assembly and active participation in various mass events. The task of the organizers and the local authorities is to ensure the safety of all participants. This article is an attempt to define the duties and tasks performed by local authorities - in the field of the safety of public events and meetings conducted in Poland.
