Casino is a place where staff can gain several experiences. The article describes the specificityof working in a casino and different types of casino clients. The purpose of the researchwas to describe the clients of the casino and the ways they were perceived by thestaff. The survey indicates specific differences among casino clients.The staff experiences allowed me to distinguish types of casino clients based on thecriteria such as difficult behaviour, which the staff have to struggle with.
