Everyone and everywhere needs communication on, and the greater the degree of civilization onal development and social awareness the more important the role it plays. How is one to communicate and to what is one to draw attention on if there are no ready instruction ons and formulas? Often en we see only a part of the communication on system: us and the media. For communication on to become effective one has to keep in mind the social background and reactions. Even in this simplifi ed system there are certain principles that can facilitate communication on and steer it onto a suitable track, only if they are noticed in time. This article is not a guidebook how to communicate but merely an abbreviated list of intellectual problems to be solved.
