Knowledge management and e-learning are closely related. Knowledge and learning are the basis for the development of whatever business activity. This paper describes the background and methodology to integrate a Knowledge Management Strategy for a construction company and an e-learning management system. This paper attempts to analyze what must be considered as Knowledge Management for e-learning systems.
